Jordan Decent Work Country Diagnostic
The objective of this report is to provide a short and comprehensive diagnosis of the work situation in Jordan, with respect to growth, productive employment, and Decent work. Issues of inclusion and equal opportunities are given special attention as they are expected to feature prominently in the Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) extension framework (2016–2017).
The diagnostic also focuses on the Syrian refugee crisis response, in line with the Jordan Response Plan (2016–2018) and those decisions taken at the London conference that culminated in the Jordan Compact.
