Let’s beat heat stress together
Aiming to raise awareness amongst workers of the risks of heat stress and employers on the need to develop heat stress mitigation plans, the ILO Project Office for the State of Qatar, in collaboration with the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (ADLSA), produced the smple videos.

The ILO Project Office for the State of Qatar is working closely with the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (ADLSA) to support Qatar’s labour reform agenda. As part of these efforts, ILO works with ADLSA to enhance labour inspection and occupational safety and health systems.
The videos have had broad reach on several social media platforms. The animations were produced in June 2019 to coincide with the start of the summer season and form part of a series of actions aimed at mitigating the risks of heat stress both in policy and in practice.
