In Ukraine, the ILO has been working on creating an enabling environment for women's employment and entrepreneurship by removing barriers, one of them being the lack of childcare solutions. The ILO project "Enabling participation of women in the labour market of Ukraine by expanding childcare services" has been developing family-type childcare, work-based and individual nanny solutions.
