    ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ အလုပ္သမား ခန္႔ထားေရးႏွင့္ပတ္သက္သည့္ တရားဥပေဒေရးရာမူေဘာင္တြင္ ျပီးခဲ့ေသာရာစုႏွစ္၌ ျပ႒ာန္းထားေသာ ဥပေဒမ်ားႏွင့္ နည္းဥပေဒ အမ်ိဳးအစားေပါင္းမ်ားစြာကို ေတြ႕ရ ပါသည္။ ဤလမ္းညႊန္စာအုပ္တြင္ ျမန္မာ့အလုပ္သမား ဥပေဒဆုိင္ရာ ရင္းျမစ္မ်ားစြာကို တစ္ခုတည္း သေဘာျဖင့္ စုေပါင္းလုိက္ျပီး၊ အသံုးျပဳသူတုိ႔အတြက္ လြယ္ကူရိုးရွင္းသည့္ လမ္းညႊန္တစ္ခုအျဖစ္ ဖန္တီးထားျခင္းပင္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ အလုပ္အကိုင္ခန္႔အပ္ျခင္းႏွင့္ အလုပ္သမားေရးရာ တုိ႔ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ျပီး ေကာင္းမြန္သည့္ အေလ့အက်င့္မ်ားကို ျမွင့္တင္ရန္အတြက္ ဤလမ္းညႊန္စာအုပ္သည္ အဓိကက်ေသာ အျပည္ျပည္ဆုိင္ရာ အလုပ္သမားေရးရာ စံခ်ိန္စံညႊန္းမ်ားႏွင့္ စပ္လ်ဥ္းသည့္ သတင္း အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကိုလည္း ျဖည့္ဆည္းပံ့ပိုးေပးထားပါသည္။ မသက္ဆုိင္ေၾကာင္း ရွင္းလင္းခ်က္ - ဤလမ္းညႊန္သည္ ျမန္မာဥပေဒ မဟုတ္ပါ။ စိတ္ရင္းေစတနာမွန္ျဖင့္ အစိုးရႏွင့္တုိင္ပင္ ေဆြးေႏြးလ်က္၊ ဤလမ္းညႊန္စာအုပ္ကို ျပဳစုေနစဥ္အခ်ိန္အတြင္းတြင္ ျမန္မာ့ဥပေဒႏွင့္စပ္လ်ဥ္း သည့္ ရွင္းလင္းဖြင့္ဆိုေဖာ္ျပမႈတာ၀န္သည္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အစိုးရႏွင့္ တရားရံုးမ်ားတြင္ရွိပါသည္။

This Guide brings together many of the sources of Myanmar labour law in a single, user-friendly guide. The Guide also provides useful information on the International Core Labour Standards to promote and inspire good practice on employment and labour in Myanmar. Disclaimer – The Guide is not Myanmar Law in itself. While it was developed in good faith and in consultation with the Government, responsibility for the interpretation of Myanmar Law rests with the Myanmar Government and ultimately the Courts.

  7. Building Labour Migration Policy Coherence in Myanmar

    This working paper provides an overview of international labour migration governance in Myanmar, detailing the most relevant actors and policies at Union/National level and how they presently do or do not intersect, coordinate, and cooperate together. It also discusses where and how the governance of international migration can be more strongly linked to other policy domains, exploring to what extent labour migration policy is consistent with and contributing to national development plans and how it relates to other policy areas such as poverty reduction, rural development, social protection, women’s empowerment and others. By tracing out intersections and overlaps, both actual and possible, between different policies, policy areas, and the actors responsible for formulating and implementing them, this paper seeks to lay the groundwork for promoting greater policy coherence in the governance of international labour migration.

As one of the few systematic investigations into children working in agricultural sub-sectors, evidence will inform policy and programmatic strategy.

  2. Country of origin complaints mechanisms for overseas migrants from Myanmar

    This Briefing Paper is the first in a series of Briefing papers providing technical input on particular migration issues being produced by the ILO Yangon supported by Livelihoods and Food Security Trust Fund (LIFT). The briefing paper provides the international legal framework and guidelines governing complaints or grievance mechanisms for migrants. It analyses different mechanisms currently available to Myanmar migrants including the government complaints mechanism, embassies, Myanmar Overseas Employment Agencies Federation (MOEAF), Anti-Trafficking in Persons Division, ILO Forced Labour complaints mechanism and civil society organisations and labour organisations support services. It provides examples of good practices from other countries of origin.
