Women in Business and Management: Enterprise Survey Report
The International Labour Organization, in partnership with the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI), implemented an Enterprise survey in Myanmar which contributes to the 2019 global report on Women in Business and Management: produced by the Bureau for Employers’ Activities (ACT/EMP).
This survey report will make a constructive contribution to providing businesses and their representative organizations, governments and other stakeholders with useful empirical evidence and a knowledge base. The report will be promoting women’s talent and gender diversity in businesses and management.
