The new version of the Rules of the Tribunal incorporating the recent amendments adopted by the Tribunal at its plenary session held on 9 May 2023 is now on-line.

The amendments concern Articles 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 15, as well as Annex 1.

They are effective as of this day.
