134th Session - results
The Administrative Tribunal completed its 134th Session, held from 25 April to 27 May 2022.
During this session, the Tribunal dealt with 88 cases. It adopted 80 judgments concerning 104 complaints (9 of which followed the summary procedure) filed by 80 complainants from 21 organisations.
Since the end of the 133rd Session, the President of the Tribunal recorded, by means of Orders, the withdrawal of 10 complaints.
The Tribunal's judgments adopted during the 134th Session will be delivered in public on Wednesday, 6 July 2022 by a video recording which will be posted on the Tribunal’s website during the day.
Certified copies of the judgments will be sent to the parties in due course in electronic form only.
The judgments (with the complainants' names removed) will be available on the Tribunal's website (www.ilo.org/trib) in the Triblex database.
