Recognition of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction by the Global Water Partnership Organisation (GWPO)
A new organization has recognized the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.
As of 19 October 2021, the Global Water Partnership Organisation (GWPO), an international organization with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, is subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal pursuant to Article II, paragraph 5, of the Tribunal’s Statute.
