126th Session
The Administrative Tribunal held its 126th Session from 23 April to 18 May 2018 at the International Labour Office (ILO) in Geneva.
During the session, the Tribunal adopted 75 judgments including 8 summary procedures, which corresponds to 96 cases (covering 101 complaints) and 79 complainants (and 123 interveners) from 21 organisations. The Tribunal registered 22 withdrawals.
The Tribunal has decided to postpone the examination of five cases that were included in the list of cases of the session.
The Tribunal's judgments will be announced in public on Tuesday, 26 June 2018 at 3pm at the ILO (Room IX, floor R2).
Complainants, their counsels and the defendants' agents may attend, but they are not required to do so. The judgments will be sent to the parties by post.
Shortly after the public delivery, a video recording and the judgments (with the complainants' names removed) will be available on the Tribunal's website (/trib).
