End-of-year closure

The offices of the ILO and consequently those of the Administrative Tribunal of the ILO will be closed as of Friday 23 December 2022.

E-mails will not be read before Tuesday 3 January 2023.

Meanwhile, and until further notice, the parties may file their submissions electronically. The date of the email will be taken into account for the purposes of the time limit.

In order to meet deadlines, the parties can also file their documents by delivering them to the ILO Security Centre which will remain open. The ILO Security is duly authorized to receive any envelope/parcel sent to the Tribunal.

Proof of delivery will be the stamp of the ILO Security indicating the date of receipt of the documents.

On 3 January, the ILO Control Centre will forward all the documents it has received to the Registry of the Tribunal.

All applications for an extension of deadline sent either by e-mail or by letter during that time – as long as they are sent before the prescribed time limit has expired – will be dealt with as of 3 January.
