132nd Session - results
The Administrative Tribunal completed its 132nd Session, which it held from 24 May to 28 June 2021.
During this session, the Tribunal dealt with 49 cases. It adopted 43 judgments concerning 58 complaints (6 of which followed the summary procedure) filed by 44 complainants from 14 organisations. Since the end of the 131st Session, the President of the Tribunal recorded, by means of Orders, the withdrawal of 54 complaints.
The Tribunal's judgments adopted during the 132nd Session will be delivered on Wednesday, 7 July 2021 by a video recording which will be posted on the Tribunal’s website during the day.
Certified copies of the judgments will be sent to the parties in due course in electronic form only.
