Withdrawal of the recognition of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction by the Universal Postal Union (UPU)
At its 341st bis Session, the Governing Body of the International Labour Office took note of the withdrawal of the recognition of the Tribunal's jurisdiction by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and confirmed that the UPU will no longer be subject to the competence of theTribunal with effect from the date of its decision, i.e. 21 May 2021.
