124th Session
The Administrative Tribunal held its 124th Session from 24 April to 19 May 2017 at the International Labour Office (ILO) in Geneva.
During the Session, the Tribunal adopted 80 judgments including 9 summary procedures, which corresponds to 105 cases and 94 complainants from 23 organisations. The Tribunal registered 18 withdrawals.
The Tribunal's judgments will be announced in public on Wednesday, 28 June 2017 at 3pm at the ILO (Room IX, floor R2). Complainants, their counsels and the defendants' agents may attend, but they are not required to do so. The texts of the judgments will be sent to the parties by post.
The judgments will be published on the Tribunal's website (www.ilo.org/trib) shortly after the delivery.
