Improvement of search in TRIBLEX
The Tribunal’s database, TRIBLEX, has been recently modified in order to facilitate search within judgments and case law, including the introduction of synonyms for keywords and the addition of a feature to tell the user about other expressions used by the Tribunal in its judgments in order to follow the terminology of the defendant organisation’s internal rules.
Another major modification was introduced in order to enable users to either enlarge or narrow down their search. It is now possible to limit the search to a particular keyword, or to choose the option that leads to results containing not only one specific keyword but also all the keywords hierarchically dependent on a more general expression in TRIBLEX. In the latter case, one can see all keywords searched in the summary at the top of the page displaying the search result.
