121st Session
The Administrative Tribunal held its 121st Session from 19 October to 13 November 2015 at the International Labour Office (ILO), Geneva.
During its 121st Session, the Tribunal adopted 72 judgments including 8 summary procedures, which corresponds to 77 cases and 81 complainants, and it registered 16 withdrawals.
The Tribunal's judgments will be announced in public on Wednesday, 3 February 2016 at 3pm at the ILO (Room XI, floor R2). Complainants, their counsels and the defendants' agents may attend, but they are not required to do so. The texts of the judgments will be sent to the parties by post.
IMPORTANT: Enhanced security measures are in operation at the ILO and staff of international organisations are advised to bring with them their official badge as well as their identity documents in order to be able to access the ILO building without difficulty. Similarly, lawyers and advisers are requested to present their professional cards if they exist. The ILO Security Service will draw up a special list of persons who attend the delivery of judgments.
The judgments will be published on the Tribunal's website (www.ilo.org/trib) shortly after the delivery.
