118th Session
The Administrative Tribunal held its 118th Session from 28 April to 16 May 2014 at the International Labour Office (ILO), Geneva.
During its 118th Session, the Tribunal adopted 63 judgments on 98 complaints (19 of those judgments concern EPO, 2 CERN, 8 Eurocontrol, 2 FAO, 3 ICC, 2 IAEA, 7 ILO, 1 IOM, 2 ITU, 1 OTIF, 1 UNESCO, 1 UNIDO, 1 UPU, 8 WHO, 4 WIPO and 1 WMO).Three of the judgments were adopted in a plenary meeting. The Tribunal also recorded 4 withdrawals.
The Tribunal's judgments were announced in public on Wednesday 9 July 2014 at 3pm at the ILO.
