2017 ILO- Japan Joint Committee of Co-operatives (JJC) Seminar:"Cooperative Activities in Africa" (9/5)

Aiming at capacity building of the cooperative movements in Africa, the ILO and Japanese Consumers' Co-operative Union (JCCU)  have co-organized a Study Tour Programme for African Cooperative leaders since 2010.

This year, four participants from Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and Swaziland will join in the tour which will be held in Tokyo and Shizuoka.  As special participants, Ms. Sifa Chiyoge, Regional Director, International Co-operative Alliance (ICA) Africa and Ms. Simel Esim, Head of the Cooperatives Unit at the ILO in Geneva will also attend.

As a part of the programme, a public seminar will be held on 5th September.  We look forward to your active participation.
