Question:

I am writing on behalf of the [institution], [country].
We are interested in the G20TS project and would like to know where we can find more details about the budget available.
In the documents listed at https://www.ilo.org/skills/projects/g20ts/WCMS_648815/lang--en/index.htm we found no reference to this aspect.
Thank you!

Answer:

Thank you for your message. The fourth bullet point in Section VII “Submission of Proposals” on the page 4 of the “Terms of Reference for the Implementation Agreement” document states that the proposals must include the following documents:

- a financial proposal indicating the number of expert workdays required for bringing about each of the outputs as well as the required number of expert mission days to the field where such activities will be carried out; this information may be provided separately or through filling in the corresponding fields of the table in Section VIII. Annex of the present TORs. All prices shall be quoted in USD (United States Dollars).

By completing the corresponding fields of the table in Section VIII “Annex” of the TORs and indicating in the financial proposal the fees per work day the interested entities will articulate and convey the proposed budget for the Implementation Agreement.
