Skills mismatch

In this video ILO Senior Skills Specialist Paul Comyn explains what is meant by skills mismatch. He also introduces the ILO programme of research, communications and product development that focuses on the issue of jobs and skills matches. The first major event under the initiative is a research conference to be held at the ILO in Geneva from 11 to 12 May 2017.
