This working paper describes and analyses the structures and processes of social dialogue utilized in the health sector in Ghana. It provides examples of social dialogue and the lessons learned to date, and attempts to illustrate how social dialogue occurs at different levels of health service delivery. The paper aims to explain how social dialogue benefits the social partners concerned, and what kind of impact it can have on the quality health services.
