The International Labour Conference, at its 100th Session, concluded its discussions on the role of social security with a commitment to establishing national social protection floors aiming at extending at least a minimum level of social security to all, as part of comprehensive social security systems. The present document is the report of the Committee for the Recurrent Discussion on Social Protection.
