International Social Security Association, Geneva. International Social Security Review, Vol. 60, No. 2-3, p. 119-133

It proposes means for improvement through the adoption of a new instrument complementing Convention No. 102, aiming at the extension of social security coverage to those countries and populations in need of protection.
