1. In accordance with the decision taken by the Governing Body at its 273rd (November 1998) Session, the Committee is requested to examine the appended draft form to be used as a basis for the reports on the Conventions and the Protocol which member States will be required to submit in 2000 in accordance with the recommendations made by the Committee.

2. The Committee is invited to decide on the report form for the Night Work (Women) Convention, 1919 (No. 4); the Night Work (Women) Convention (Revised), 1934 (No. 41); the Night Work (Women) Convention (Revised), 1948 (No. 89); and the Protocol of 1990 to the Night Work (Women) Convention (Revised), 1948, and to submit this report form to the Governing Body for approval.
