Third Supplementary Report:
Replacement of a member of Governing Body committees
set up to examine representations submitted in accordance
with article 24 of the Constitution
1. At its 264th and 265th Sessions (November 1995 and March 1996 respectively) the Governing Body appointed Mr. Albalate Lafita (Government, Spain) to represent it on committees that it established to examine --
- a representation made by the Federation of the Associations of Public Servants of the Ministry of Labour of Greece under article 24 of the Constitution alleging non-observance by Greece of the Labour Inspection Convention, 1947 (No. 81);(1)
- a representation made by the Confederation of Turkish Trade Unions (TURK-IS) under article 24 of the Constitution alleging non-observance by Turkey of the Termination of Employment Convention, 1982 (No. 158).(2)
2. Mr. Albalate Lafita has now ceased to represent the Government of Spain on the Governing Body.
3. The Governing Body is invited to appoint a replacement or replacements for Mr. Albalate Lafita on the above committees.
