Mediation
Mediation is at heart a negotiation between two or more persons with the help of a neutral third party, the mediator.
The mediator helps the parties to identify their interests, alternatives to a negotiated agreement, options and elements of an agreement.
In mediation, the parties themselves design their own solution.
