| MINOR GROUP 914: BUILDING CARETAKERS, WINDOW AND RELATED CLEANERS

Building caretakers, window and related cleaners take care
of apartment houses, hotels, offices, churches and other
buildings and maintain them in a clean and orderly condition.
Tasks performed usually include: looking after, and
participating in the cleaning, simple repair and maintenance of
apartment houses, hotels, offices, churches and other buildings;
regulating conduct of tenants and other users of the buildings
in such matters as noise abatement or misuse of property;
providing small services to absent tenants, such as accepting
deliveries on their behalf or providing requested information
to callers; cleaning windows, showcases and other glass surfaces
of buildings, or vehicles.
Supervision of other workers may be
included.
