4215 DEBT-COLLECTORS AND RELATED WORKERS
 


    Debt-collectors and related workers collect payments and perform clerical duties associated with these collections.

    Tasks include -

    (a) telephoning or writing to customers to collect money or arrange for later payments;

    (b) tracing addresses of customers and paying visits to collect debts;

    (c) noting amounts collected;

    (d) recommending legal action when payment cannot be otherwise obtained;

    (e) asking for and collecting charity payments;

    (f) performing related tasks;

    (g) supervising other workers.
