MINOR GROUP 242: LEGAL PROFESSIONALS
 


    Legal professionals conduct research on legal problems, draft laws and regulations, advise clients on legal aspects of problems, and plead cases or conduct prosecutions in courts of justice, or preside over judicial proceedings and pronounce judgement in courts of justice.

    Tasks performed usually include: giving clients legal advice, undertaking legal business on clients' behalf, and conducting litigation when necessary, or presiding over judicial proceedings and pronouncing judgements in courts of justice. Supervision of other workers may be included.
