RELATÓRIO DO INQUÉRITO AVALIAÇÃO DA SATISFAÇÃO DOS UTENTES DO INSS

This report presents the results of a survey conducted by INSS among the users of the contributory system, namely pensioners, employees and self-employed workers, workers' and employers' organizations, and human resource managers of enterprises. This survey aims at assessing the degree of satisfaction of users regarding the quality of the services provided by INSS, as well as to identify the causes and dynamics of existing problems, as a starting point for the design of solutions.
