Classification of ILO Information Assets

The International Labour Office (ILO) is committed to openness and transparency in its operations, activities and decision-making processes. The public information disclosure policy of the ILO is designed to ensure that information concerning ILO policies, strategies and operational activities is available to the widest possible audience. This policy is an important component of the overall commitment of the ILO to transparency and accountability vis-à-vis governments, and employers’ and workers’ organizations, partners in the UN system, the development community and the wider public. It also constitutes a key element of the knowledge-sharing strategy of the ILO.
