The Swedish Government and the International Labour Organization (ILO) have launched the implementation of Skills for Energy in Southern Africa (SESA) project. The Project is a US $ 3.8 Million partnership agreement to be executed over a three- and half-year period.

Making digital learning more interesting and informative with public speaking

One important skill that determines the success of an instructor is public speaking. Training of the ILO and the Ministry of Manpower has included public speaking as part of the training on content creation and delivery of online training for the instructors of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Centers.
