Annual tripartite progress review of India Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) 2018-22

An annual review meeting of India DWCP was held to review the progress and plan a way forward for year 2021

In 2020, ILO constituents directed their efforts towards recovery and rebuilding as well as protection of workers by aligning and strengthening the ongoing interventions under 2018-22 DWCP with the four pillars of the ILO COVID response framework - Stimulating the economy and employment, Supporting enterprises, jobs and incomes, Protecting workers in the workplace and Relying on social dialogue for solutions.

Post two separate pre-meetings with the members of TUs and Employers organizations, a joint meeting was held to review the progress of India DWCP. The constituents’ representatives participated at the meeting and shared their views and progress of activities. It was followed with the deliberations over way forward for year 2021.
