Meeting of WIF-Partner organisations in ITC Turin to launch the “Fair Recruitment Initiative”
The Fair Recruitment Initiative Workshop in collaboration with partner organisations was organised in ITC Turin to launch the “Fair Recruitment Initiative” with the aim to address regulatory and enforcement gaps and promote recruitment practices based on international standards. The meeting saw discussions on the evidences of nexus between recruitment, labour migration and human trafficking, agreed on the overall framework and objectives of the “Fair Recruitment Initiative”; and discussed benchmarks for Fair Recruitment based on International Standards.
