The ILO-IPEC South-Asian Sub regional Programme to Combat Trafficking in Children for Exploitative Employment (TICSA) was launched in Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka in February 2000.

The ILO-IPEC South-Asian Sub regional Programme to Combat Trafficking in Children for Exploitative Employment (TICSA) was launched in Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka in February 2000. This report is the result of an evaluation exercise of the project conducted by an evaluation team in May and June 2002. The team comprised of one independent external evaluator (Team Leader), three national consultants (one in each of the three participating countries), and one representative of ILO-IPEC Geneva (who visited only one of the participating countries, Sri Lanka).
