Tashpolot Baltabayev: Only way to fight unemployment in Kyrgyzstan is export of human recourses
“The only way to fight unemployment in Kyrgyzstan is export of human resources to neighboring or far-abroad countries,” MP Tashpolot Baltabayev said today at panel on discussion of Employment Promotion Draft Law of Kyrgyzstan.
According to him, the country can’t register and pay to all unemployed citizens.
Minister of Youth, Labor and Employment of Kyrgyzstan, Aliyasbek Alymkulov noted that to export human recourses, we first should negotiate with accepting countries. “We try to export high-experienced employees, not mere laborers. We’ve reached agreement with four countries who agreed to train specialists in our country and employ them,” Aliyasbek Alymkulov said.
