The Director of the ILO Office in Moscow, Mr Jean-Victor Gruat and the ILO National Correspondent in Belarus, Mr Nikolai Tolmachev, took part in the UN Country Teams Meeting that was conducted in Minsk from 6 to 8 March 2001. It gathered Country Teams from Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova and Belarus (The "PLLUMB" Group).
