The report contains three main parts. The first part describes a sample survey of leather goods and footwear manufacturers in Marikina. The second part summarizes discussions with a number of potential institutions which could provide financial and other support for the establishment of common facility centre (CFC). The last part provides a full-fledged technical, economic and financial feasibility study of the proposed CFC.
