The report provides a macro-level discussion of the impact of globalization in the workplace. To supplement the macro data, the study examined changes in hiring, recruitment, work hours, pay and the possible impact upon personal and family life, through the conduct of surveys of employers and employees and interviews with human resource officers of selected companies.
