    The ILO is in search of a value chain expert who will lead the Rapid Assessment of Value Chain Potentials of the Coconut Sector in Siargao. The assignment is specifically for an experienced value chain expert with proven track record backed by sample value chain-related documents. Interested applicants shall submit expression of interests with sample write-up of her/his value chain work and a financial proposal including the evidence of her/his daily rate. The proposal must be submitted by 12:00 nn (Manila time), Friday, 15 March 2024 through Ms Athena Banza, National Project Coordinator at banza@ilo.org.
