Scoping Mission on the ILO-European Union (EU) Project “Strengthening the Impact on Employment of Sector and Trade Policies”
Mr David Cheong, Trade and Employment Specialist from the Employment Policy Department in ILO Geneva, will be in Manila, Philippines from 1 to 5 February 2016 for a scoping mission.
The scoping mission is in connection with the newly approved project entitled: Strengthening the Impact on Employment of Sector and Trade Policies funded by the European Union (EU).
The main purpose of the mission is to have consultations with relevant government agencies, workers’ and employers’ organizations, ILO representatives, EU delegations, research institutes, and other bodies in order to initiate relations with stakeholders in the Philippines and gather inputs to the work plan of project activities.
