Understanding Company Financial and Management Information for Collective Bargaining
The ILO’s Bureau for Workers Activities (ACTRAV), in collaboration with ILO CO-Manila, organized a national workshop for trade unions on the topic ‘Understanding company financial and management information for collective bargaining’ on 29-30 September 2015. Mr Arun Kumar, ILO Workers Specialist will lead the discussions.
The workshop is aimed at deepening the understanding of the trade union representatives not only on the impact of globalization on the world of work and industrial relations but to also learn, specifically, about how to use companies’ financial information for effective collective bargaining, including for productivity gain sharing agreements.
