To forge the commitment of stakeholders, a Declaration of Intent will be spearheaded by Lawrence Jeff Johnson, ILO-CO Manila Director. The education services will be provided by the Sugar Industry Foundation, Inc, while the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)-Region 10 will install child-labour monitoring and integrated referral systems. The education on health, skills training, and family development services will be provided by the Provincial Government of Bukidnon. The school building will house students under a curriculum specially designed for child labourers.
