The training activity is part of the Enterprise Level Initiative (ELI) of the GBA Project, being undertaken at a pilot phase with the auto sector supply chain.

ELI activities are comprised by a training package for company green teams followed by on-site advisory services to support the companies in implementing their defined greening initiatives.

The CORE Training Modules of the GBA Project would offer key concepts and tools for greening operations and continuous improvement to the Company Green Teams, who will lead greening initiatives in their respective companies.

The DEEPENING Modules on the other hand, will provide in-depth expertise on thematic areas of greening the business operations (energy, materials, management systems, workplace conditions, climate change action).  This will help Green Teams translate improvement goals and plans into concrete action and results for their companies.
