Organize online training of trainers

Call for Request for Proposals/Request for Expression of Interest for International Consultant to Organize Three Online Training of Trainers (ToT)

The ILO Country Office for the Philippines (CO-Manila), under the Bringing Back Jobs Safely under the COVID-19 Crisis in the Philippines Project will engage an International consultant to organize three online training of trainers (ToT) in the ILO Financial Education Tools for the ILO BBJS project in the Philippines. The consultant will: (a) support the preparation and conduct three batches of online ILO Financial Education ToT; and (b) lead the remote coaching support and online national trainer certification process. Interested candidates must submit: (a) letter of intent; (b) qualifications and relevant experience of the consultant/s (include detailed CV/s as annex); and (c) info about your daily fee and working days for this engagement (please refer to the attached TOR). The documents must be submitted to Ms Bea Arnela Parungo, MSME Digitalization Coordinator at parungo@ilo.org with copy to Mr Jayson Umaguing at umaguing@ilo.org, Programme and Administrative Assistant, on or before 22 March, 5:30 p.m. (Manila Time). Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews for the final selection.

The ILO and the Government of Japan have partnered to help micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) operate safely under the prolonged community quarantine and adapt to the New Normal business environment with improved workplace safety and health practices and better equipped to take advantage of the available digital tools and the expanding digital economy opportunities. The project will contribute to improving the safety and health of workers in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the non-metropolitan regions of the Philippines and mitigating the negative socioeconomic impact of the COVID-19 crisis.
