The Consultant or Institution will work under the supervision of the ILO Country Office for the Philippines (ILO CO-Manila) in close collaboration with ILO Decent Work Technical Support Team for East and South-East Asia and the Pacific (ILO DWT Bangkok) Senior Social Protection Specialist, DOLE, NEDA and with support from the SOCPRO in ILO Geneva and deliver the required outputs as per attached Terms of Reference.
