Call for proposals: National External Collaborator (Excol) on Public-Private Partnership for TVET Financing and Delivery–Philippines
The ILO will engage a National External Collaborator (Excol) on Public-Private Partnership for TVET Financing and Delivery for Skills for Prosperity (SfP) Project –Philippines. The consultancy will be for 48 working days over the period of three (3) months starting April 2021 until July 2021 (tentatively the assignment will commence from April 1, 2021; however the date will be finalized after completion of the hiring process). Location of the engagement is within the Philippines with local travel to Visayas Regions 6, 7 and/or 8, if, and as may be required.
The overall objective of the assignment is to conduct a review of existing national and
regional (sub-national) TVET financing and delivery mechanisms, including those
resulting from public-private partnerships (PPP) and engagement and to propose
recommendations on viable, practicable and effective TVET financing and delivery
mechanisms to be considered for piloting and adoption in the Philippines, including at
the community-level.
