Call for Expression of Interest: Consultant or Institution for Finalizing the elements of the Social Protection Floor (SPF) of the Philippines
The ILO will engage a Consultant or Institution to finalize the elements of the Social Protection Floor (SPF) of the Philippines. The interested candidates must submit their proposal on or before 4 March 2021, 12:00 noon, Manila time.
The Consultant or Institution will work under the supervision of the ILO Country Office for the Philippines (ILO CO-Manila) in close collaboration with ILO Decent Work Technical Support Team for East and South-East Asia and the Pacific (ILO DWT Bangkok) Senior Social Protection Specialist, DOLE, NEDA and with support from the SOCPRO in ILO Geneva anddeliver the required outputs as per attached Terms of Reference.
