Annex I. Terms of Reference (TOR) for Internet Service Provider
The ILO invites companies to submit a bid for provision of internet services to the ILO Country Office for the Philippines.
The International Labour Organization (ILO) invites companies to submit a bid for provision of internet services to the ILO Country Office for the Philippines as stated in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
The provider is to comply with the ILO Terms and Conditions of Contract. If the provider has comments, it is to be included in the questionnaire and offer.
When preparing a bid, please use the TOR and follow the instructions set out in the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO contracts (Annex IV). Please return the filled questionnaire (Annex II) and the technical and financial proposal to the ILO together with the Certification Form (Annex III) duly signed by an authorized legal representative of your company.
The conditions set out in the ILO Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Goods, as well as any other conditions contained in or enclosed with this letter, will become part of any contract concluded with the successful bidder. If the offer is accepted, the company will receive a formal Purchase Order.
Deadline for submission is on Monday, 5 October 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in Manila. The ILO must receive the offer by fax to +63 2 8856 7597 or email to manila@ilo.org, signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal of the company. Offers received after the deadline specified above will not be considered.
The ILO reserves the right to extend the deadline for the submission of offers. In such an event, the ILO will inform all potential bidders in writing of the terms and duration of the extension.
