Call for Proposals on Promoting productive employment and skills development in BARMM: Assessing economy, labour market and skills development in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao

The research aims to inform government, employers’ and workers’ organizations in BARMM and in the Philippines as well as the Australian Embassy in the Philippines in the development of skills and labour market interventions for sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full employment and decent work for women and men. Australia has committed to supporting the construction of skills development centres in BARMM through the Classroom Construction Project in collaboration with the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP). The research aims to contribute to the regional development, including its focus on a responsive and transformative Bangsamoro education system and sustaining economic growth in the Bangsamoro. The interested candidates must submit their short proposal with the following: i) proposed timeline, ii) proposed detailed budget, and iii) qualifications and relevant experience of consultant/s and/or institution (include CV/s as annex).
