It examines in great detail various aspects of child labour, including its demographic and educational implications, the economic and non‐economic activities engaged in, hazardous forms of child labour, children working in the informal sector and migrant child workers, by age groups, sex and locality. The intention of this report, thus, is to provide a baseline data on child labour, which can be useful for researchers and academicians interested in undertaking further in‐depth analyses of the problems and issues posed by child labour in Nepal.
